30-day returns on everything
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no quibble. That's more generous than the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, and on top of it. Items should come back in the condition you received them.
3-month warranty on controllers
Every refurbished controller carries a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering faults that aren't down to accidental damage or normal wear. Spare parts and accessories get the 30-day return but not the controller warranty.
Your statutory rights
These are our commercial terms, layered on top of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act, which can't be waived. Nothing here reduces those rights.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and we'll sort it out. For controllers returned within warranty we'll repair, replace, or refund.
